4 Secrets of Success

Nicholas Kristoff is one of my favorite columnists.  The other day, his NY Times column was entitled “The Four Secrets of Success.”  As I read and write about success, I went to it immediately.

The success advice was somewhat different than what you typically see, so I thought I would post it here.

  1. Take a class in economics and statistics.
  2. Connect to a cause larger than yourself.
  3. Make out.  (By this he means find a great partner.)
  4. Escape your comfort zone.

I like this non-conventional advice.  You can see the complete article here.
