I take a very practical common sense approach to my writing and speaking on life and career success. But I am always interested to hear other people’s take on the subject. Kathlynn McConnell calls herself a “life refueler.” A while back I heard her speak about life and career success. I certainly felt energized and refueled after hearing her inspiring talk called “Nine Principles of Success.”

Kathlynn McConnell’s Nine Principles of Success
LOVE – Respect yourself for who you are and others for who they are, not who you want to be or wish them to be.
JOY – You will be as happy as you make up your mind to be.
PEACE – Worry never robs tomorrow of its sorrows, but it saps today of its strength.
PATIENCE – Only with winter patience can we bring the deep desired, long-awaited spring.
KINDNESS – Kind words may be short and easy to speak, yet their echoes are truly endless.
GOODNESS – Leave a place better than you found it.
FAITHFULNESS – Faith is belief followed by action.
GENTLENESS – Gentleness is not a quality exclusive to women.
SELF CONTROL – Don’t be a victim of your own rage.
The career success coach point her is simple common sense. You can create the life and career success you want by following Kathlynn McConnell’s nine principles of success: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Follow these principles and you’ll be on your way to creating the life and career success you want and deserve. If we all lived this way, I believe that the world would be a kinder, gentler — and better — place.
