As an entrepreneur, the success of your venture is contingent on a lot of factors. You need to secure funding, hire a solid team, launch a website that accurately represents your brand… the list goes on and on. One thing you probably haven’t thought much about, though, is finding a like-minded, successful mentor to help you along your entrepreneurial journey. A recent study shows that business owners with mentors were able to increase their revenue by as much as 83%. The benefits also trickle down to the employee level: On average, those who mentor are promoted six times more often than their non-mentoring colleagues.
