Advice for a Comfortable Retirement

I turned 70 recently. As I said to one of my friends, “how did I get this old, this fast?” Time goes by quickly.

Most of the readers of this blog are young professionals. When I was a young professional, retirement was far from my mind. At 70, it’s even far from my mind, as I continue to teach full time at the University of Denver.

But even though I’m not retired, I would be comfortable financially if I were. That’s because I received some great advice about saving and investing when I was a young professional. Over the next couple of weeks I will be posting some investing advice from some very wealthy people that I received from my friends at Annuity.org. I hope you enjoy these tips, and put them to use. Today’s advice comes from Roy Dalio, the founder of Domino’s Pizza.
