Are You Too Smart For Your Job?

Do you find yourself bored at work?  Maybe you’re too smart for your job and company.

This article lays out three signs that may indicate that you’re too smart for your job.

If your coworkers look at you with blank expressions on their faces when you explain something that is simple for you to understand, you may be too smart for your job and company.

If you can’t find a mentor in your company, you may be too smart for your job and company.

Finally, if you see no clear vision coming from senior executives in your company, you may be too smart for your job and company.

Don’t carried away here — it’s easy to blame all of your work problems on the fact that you are smarter than everyone else.  You may be, maybe not.  But these warning signs may mean that it’s time for you to start looking for a new job.
