I spent several hours in a meeting today trying to convince some of my faculty colleagues of the need to make some pretty significant changes in one of our courses. I faced a fair bit of resistance to my ideas. Needless to say, I was a bit frustrated. Then I came across the graphic from Online PM Courses. It explained in exquisite detail what we went through in our meeting.
I ber you’ve experienced this curve in your change efforts. Keep it in mind. You may start off on a negative footing, but if you persist, you’ll get on the upswing and end up with commitment.
