Getting to Know Yourself is the Best Way to Understand Others

I’m a big believer in the importance of self knowledge.  Getting to know yourself is the first step in understanding others.  Understanding others and adapting your behavior to their wants, interests and needs is the best way to become influential.  And, influential people are most likely to create the life and career success they want and deserve.
