When you’re looking for a job don’t forget to spend some time figuring out if you’ll be a good fit with the companies you are considering.
A company’s culture is a god indicator of whether or not you’ll be a good fit there. My friend Hannah Morgan the Career Sherpa, has published a great guide on how to research a company’s culture. You can find it here.
This is a very useful tool. I suggest you use it before you accept any job offer.
