This is great advice, and I suggest you follow all of it. However, the best piece of advice in the article is to treat a video interview as if it is an in person interview. Prepare by learning as much as you can about the company and the position. Anticipate the questions you are likely to receive. Develop answers for each of the questions. Use the START method that I described in this blog post. Practice your answers out loud.
Video interviews are your chance to make a great first impression — and get invited in for an in person interview. Treat them seriously.
