Trust Must Be Earned

My friend Bob Matts, a senior HR Executive at Pfizer posted an interesting graphic about how to earn trust on LinkedIn the other day.  I like the notion of trust being composed of two main components — character and competence — and several sub components.

Great career advice, so I’m sharing it here.
